your setup call himself
One new lead, walked through.
A scripted walk-through of the writing AgentEdge does around one inquiry. AgentEdge has no phone line and no calendar — it does not answer calls or book showings. What it does is stop the reply, the follow-up and the review ask from being three blank text boxes.
Simulated illustration of product behaviour — not a recording of a real client, and not a result anyone has had.
Six blank text boxes, filled in.
Each card says what happens and who presses send. Where something isn't built, it says so — full list next to the price.
You stop drafting the first reply from a blank box
A lead lands at 9:47pm. The reply is already written — greets them by first name, answers the thing they actually asked, asks one qualifying question back, ends with a low-pressure next step, and carries your brokerage and licence footer. You read it and press send. If you connect a lead source and switch auto-send on, it will email that first reply for you: email only, off until you enable it, and capped at a number of sends per day that you set. It will never text a lead — server-side SMS is not enabled here at all.
You stop opening the list and guessing who to call
Every lead starts at 50 and moves on five things: how soon they say they want to transact, where they came from (a referral outranks a Facebook form), how long since you last touched them, how many touches you've already sent, and words in their own message — "pre-approved", "cash", "relocating", "must sell". Plain arithmetic, no AI, and it shows you the reasons. It can't see anything you didn't type in, and it doesn't rank you against other agents.
Your comps stop being a spreadsheet you have to narrate
You bring the comps — AgentEdge is not connected to any MLS and cannot pull them for you; an address on its own is refused. Paste them in (or paste a Zillow/Redfin listing page and it pulls the beds, baths, sqft and price out of the text), and you get back the written analysis: market overview, comp-by-comp adjustments, the rationale for the range, and a low/mid/high number. The part of a listing presentation you'd otherwise be writing at 11pm.
You stop thumbing notes into your phone in someone's kitchen
Hit the mic on the listing tool and talk. It uses your browser's own dictation, so the words land straight in the notes field and feed the listing copy. Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; Firefox has no dictation to borrow, so the button won't be there.
The lead you meant to follow up with on day 7 stops slipping
Each lead gets a five-message sequence written up front on days 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30. Open the follow-up screen and it shows you who is past due and how many days over, most overdue first, with the next message already written and ready. Be clear on what this is not: nothing runs on a timer and nothing goes out while you're asleep. The queue is calculated when you open it, and a message leaves only when you press send.
You stop counting contract days on a calendar
Give it the close date, the state, the option period and the contingencies. Back comes every date — earnest money due, option period ends, loan application, appraisal ordered and deadline, clear-to-close, final walkthrough, funding — each one assigned to you, the client, the lender or title. Counted from your contract, not from a generic template. It is a checklist generator: there is no document vault and no lender contact book behind it, and nothing reminds you when a date arrives.
See what actually comes out
These four are pre-written examples typed onto the screen, not a live model call — nothing here bills a token or asks you for an email. They are here so you can judge the writing before you sign up. The live versions run behind a login and use your details, your market and your sign-off.

Four days, and one of them is a call with a human.
Onboarding is a screen-share with Steve, who founded BizBot and is at present the whole of it. He does the setup himself, and he is the person on the other end of hello@bizbottech.com afterwards. That is a real advantage of buying from something this small, and it is also the honest reason there is no support queue.
Day 1 — sign up, no card
Free account, email only. You get the 14 calculators and a client list up to 25 people straight away. Nothing charges, nothing expires, and you can sit here as long as you like.
Day 1 — one lead, by hand
Type in a real lead you're sitting on. Read the score and its reasons, then read the five-message sequence it writes for them. If the writing isn't good enough to send with your name on it, stop here — you've spent nothing.
Day 2 — the call with Steve
Screen-share. He sets your brokerage, licence footer and sign-off so every draft comes out compliant, then wires one lead source into your private webhook — Zapier, Make, a lead-ad connector, your own site form, or a forwarded lead email.
Day 3 — decide about auto-send
Leave it off and every reply waits for you. Or turn it on, set your daily cap, and the first email answer goes out on its own with your opt-out line on it. Off is the default, and plenty of agents should leave it off.
Start free. Upgrade when you're ready.
Three prices, and these are all of them: $0, $19/month, $159/year. There is no team plan, no per-seat tier and no brokerage pricing — both paid plans are one agent, flat.
Start free forever → No card, no time limit, no expiry — the free plan never touches Stripe. Pro's 14-day trial is different: it takes a card at checkout and bills on day 15 unless you cancel.

The things you're about to ask.
Answered here rather than after you've paid.
"Does it actually text or email people for me?"
It never texts. Server-side SMS is not enabled, so texting a lead means opening your own messages app with the draft filled in. Email is the one channel that can go out on its own, only after you connect a lead source and switch auto-send on, only to leads with an email address, only on a paid plan, and only up to a daily cap you set. Off by default. Everything else is a draft.
"Will a buyer be able to tell it's AI?"
That's on you, because you send it. The prompt is written against the tells — no "As a real estate professional" opener, no manufactured urgency, one specific question rather than a wall of value props, under 150 words, and it references what they actually wrote to you. Then it goes in front of you to edit. Send one you wouldn't have written yourself and they'll know.
"Fair Housing — what stops it writing something that gets me sued?"
The listing and reply prompts instruct the model to describe the property rather than the buyer, and to keep out race, religion, national origin, familial status, disability, and the coded stand-ins — "great schools", "family neighbourhood", "safe area". Be clear that this is an instruction, not a filter: nothing scans the output and blocks it. What we do add automatically is your licence and brokerage footer. You are the one publishing it, so read it.
"Do I have to leave Follow Up Boss?"
No, and you couldn't merge them if you wanted to — there is no CRM integration in either direction. AgentEdge keeps its own lead list and writes the messages; a lead you add there will not show up here. Some agents will find running two lists annoying enough to not be worth $19. Better you know that now.
"How many agents use this?"
None. AgentEdge has never had a paying customer, which is why there are no testimonials, no logos and no conversion numbers anywhere on this page — there is nobody to quote and nothing has been measured. The free plan exists so you can judge the writing yourself instead of taking our word for it.
"What happens to my leads if I cancel?"
Cancel Pro and the account drops to Free: your client list stays, capped back to 25, and the calculators keep working. AI drafting switches off. There is no bulk export button today, so if your list matters to you, keep your own copy from the start rather than discovering that on your way out.
- Texting your leads from the server. Blocked pending carrier registration. The text button opens your own phone with the message pre-filled.
- A direct Zillow or Realtor.com integration. Leads arrive through a webhook or a forwarded email, not an official connector.
- Pulling comps or any MLS data. You supply the comps; a bare address is refused. AgentEdge is not connected to an MLS.
- Two-way CRM sync. Nothing reads from or writes to Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or anything else.
- Anything on a schedule. No cron, no drip that fires overnight. The follow-up queue is worked out when you open it.
- Document storage or a lender contact book. The transaction tool calculates dates; it does not hold files.
- Team, brokerage or per-seat plans. Both paid tiers are a single agent, and no team price exists to sell you.
